Zero Tolerance

You have a right to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. So do our staff. We strongly support the NHS policy of zero tolerance of verbal or physical abuse and/or aggression towards any member of the practice team.

Any person displaying such behaviour either directly or indirectly towards any member of the practice team will be immediately removed from the practice list. We will not hesitate to involve the police if necessary.
