Results are available by telephone 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. (We ask that you try not to phone first thing in the morning as our telephone lines are often busy.) Please remember because of patient confidentiality results can only be given to the patient themselves unless prior permission has been obtained.
Pregnancy results
To preserve confidentiality pregnancy results cannot be given out by telephone.– you must come in person.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
