All members of staff are bound by strict rules of confidentiality. We are a paperlite practice and registered under the Data Protection Act.
Patients have the right to access to their records. To apply for access to your medical record you should write to the practice manager who will arrange for an appointment. Our reception desk is located in the practice waiting room and we are very aware that discussions at the desk can be overheard by other patients.
Please ask the receptionist if you would like to discuss something without being overheard by other patients.
