New Phone System Posted or Updated on 5 May 2021

The Practice has a new NHS networked phone system in operation.  Our phone number has not changed when you need to contact us. When we phone out, our number is identified as an 01698 number as we are part of the NHS Lanarkshire phone network.

One of the key features of the new system is that we now have a dedicated prescription automated ordering system.  You will be asked to leave your name, date of birth, contact number, local pharmacy for your prescription to be sent, and to list the items you require.  There is no need to contact us to check that we have received your order.  If we need to check your order with you, we will telephone you.
